Hello
Hi, I'm Alexis Wells! I’m am a huge sports fan and a proud member of a very competitive household — my husband and I are always on the go with our two young boys. I love being outside soaking up the sunshine, but I’m also a big fan of naps and cozy Netflix binges when it’s time to relax. Mexican food is my absolute favorite, and if you ever see me out and about, chances are I’ve got a Dr. Pepper in hand. Family, fun, and friendly competition are at the heart of everything I do!
My Story
My journey to becoming a Wrap Facilitator has been a bit unconventional and not something I originally set out to do. I graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Sports Management and later went back to earn my Transition to Teaching certificate so I could teach Physical Education. After teaching for two years, I had my son and was fortunate enough to stay home with him during his early years. It was during that time that I found my way into case management—and that’s where everything changed. I quickly realized how much I loved helping others and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That led me to a role as a skills coach, which gave me the chance to work with kids and their families to help them grow into the best version of themselves. As a skills coach, I was part of several wraparound teams, and now, here I am—leading those very teams as a Wrap Facilitator. This role is incredibly rewarding, and my outgoing personality allows me to build a great connection with my families. It gives me the opportunity to not only support families but to also see and feel the positive impact we make together as a team. My motto has always been: “Teamwork makes the dream work!”—and I truly believe that every day in this work.
